Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Short version: every suppressor is covered for a full year against defects, and if something we made is wrong we pay to fix it. If you just changed your mind, you can still send it back within 30 days, you just cover the return shipping.
1-Year Suppressor Warranty
Every Airgun Capital suppressor is covered for 1 year from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship. That means things like a bad thread, a cracked or misaligned baffle, an end cap that won't seat, or a finish flaw that came from us.
If you have a warranty issue, email us your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Once we confirm it, we'll send you a prepaid return label and repair or replace the suppressor at no cost to you. If we can't repair or replace it, we'll refund what you paid for it. You don't pay shipping either way on a warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover:
- Use on a firearm. Our suppressors are for airgun use only, and any use on a firearm voids the warranty.
- Baffle strikes or clipping caused by a bent barrel, bad mounting, an incompatible adapter, or shooting projectiles larger than the rated caliber.
- Drilling, machining, or other modifications.
- Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs from use, and lost parts.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item: Free Returns
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything shows up defective, damaged in shipping, or you got the wrong item, email us and we'll send a prepaid return label. You'll get a replacement or a full refund, and you don't pay shipping either way.
Changed Your Mind: 30-Day Returns, Buyer Pays Return Shipping
If there's nothing wrong with the item and you just want to send it back, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping. There are no restocking fees.
Items need to come back in original condition with all parts and packaging. Email us your order number first and we'll send return instructions within one business day. Once it arrives and we check it, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order. If you ordered the wrong thread or size, email us before sending anything back and we'll help you sort out what actually fits your gun.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund goes out to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.
Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
