To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition. Simply email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions within one business day.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

For confirmed product issues, we cover the return shipping and send a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Returns Without a Product Issue

If you'd like to return an item for reasons unrelated to a defect, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item back in original condition within the 30-day window, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
