Eagle — 2"×8" Airgun Suppressor

The Eagle is our flagship air rifle suppressor — also called an airgun moderator, airgun silencer, or LDC (lead dust collector), depending on where you're from and who you ask. It's CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized matte black, and built to the exact caliber and thread pitch of your rifle. No adapter required. No oversized exit bore. It ships matched to your platform and ready to thread on.

The Eagle is the longest, highest-volume unit in the Airgun Capital lineup. Eight inches of body with a seven-baffle internal stack — built for the rifles that need maximum suppression: high-pressure big-bore PCPs, full-power .50 caliber platforms, and high-FPE setups where shorter cans run out of room to do their job.

Caliber Range

The Eagle handles the full Airgun Capital caliber range — .177, .22, .25, .30, .357, .45, and .50. Every Eagle ships with a caliber-matched front endcap — the exit bore is sized within roughly 1mm of your projectile, so you're not losing suppression to an oversized hole the way you do with one-size-fits-all moderators. The Eagle is the only unit we make that handles full big-bore .45 and .50.

Thread Options

The Eagle is available in five thread pitches, covering the vast majority of threaded airguns sold in the US and abroad:

  • 1/2-20 UNF — the most common thread on US-market airguns.
  • 1/2-28 UNEF — a firearms-pattern pitch found on some cross-platform airguns.
  • M14×1.25 — a common European metric thread.
  • M18×1 — used on a variety of higher-power and large-bore platforms. Required for .45 and .50 caliber builds.
  • M20×1 — found on several premium European airguns.

If your rifle uses a different thread, browse our adapter collection — or email us at admin@airguncapital.com and we'll confirm fitment for your exact platform before you order.

No. Airgun suppressors are not regulated under the NFA and require no federal paperwork, no tax stamp, and no ATF Form 4. They ship straight to your door.

Airgun suppressor laws vary by state and locality. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm legality in their jurisdiction before ordering. We ship to all US addresses where the buyer confirms compliance with local law.

Not in the least. Our suppressors have stood up to rigorous accuracy tests, most of which are posted to YouTube by our sponsors (GTA, Airgun Channel, AirgunWeb, etc.)

Match the body to your largest intended caliber. The 1.25"×5" handles .177–.30, the 2"×4.5" handles up to .357, and the 2"×8" handles big bore through .50. If you're between sizes, go up — extra volume means more suppression.
